The http://exercisetv.tv/ website has become my new best friend. Maybe it's well-known, but I thought I would post here and give it a shout-out. I really enjoy the Total Body in 10, Rhythmic Stretch, and AM Yoga that are available on the website.

Also, if you have Netflix, you can stream exercise videos online through your computer or Xbox Live.

No reason to spend your money on DvDs. :glasses:
