Hi there,
I am new to MFP but not to trying to lose weight. So far I have managed to lose around 4 stone (48 lbs) but just keep hovering around the figure, a severe plateau that is really starting to bug me. But I have found MFP so hopefully it and you guys will help, keep me focussed, and drive me along. My final goal is BMI of 25, to be considered healthy, but that is in the distant future. FOr now I am aiming at half stone chunks, to give me more manageable and achievable targets.
Any and all friends would be wlecomed.

Welcome. I just started on my journey to loose 110 lbs (9.1 stone ?), so I understand. I've also dieted many times and know what it feels like to hit a plateau even whilst you're feeling famished!0
