Muscle Loss or Fat Loss?

Hi Guys!
I had a knee arthroscopic (key hole) surgery exactly a month ago and I was on Bed rest for about 3 weeks or so ..
I dint do any sort of physical activity in those 3 weeks and my diet was ok'ish. For 2 weeks during the recovery phase I was few hundred calories above my daily goal (which is 1250 calories) and now I am back on track with my diet but still cant do much workout. From last week I have started light exercises for my legs and 30mins walk everyday for building the strength in my knee and legs (as directed by my Doctor).
Now my question is, during this one month I have lost few pounds .. not much but around 4 pounds and I am wondering if thats a muscle loss or fat loss? as I havent seen much/any significant change in my dress size and also I know my body fats are crazily in love with my body so its hard that they will leave my body so easily.
I just want to know from fitness experts here that usually when we get sick or undergone any such surgery and lose some weight is it only Muscle loss or can it be Fat loss as well? I dont want to lose my muscles

Probably, but considering the amount of overall weight you've lost it's minimal.......your fine.0

Do you mean its all Muscle loss? :brokenheart: ohh no !0

No, not at all...haha. Possibly half, but probably not even that much......don't worry about looking in the rear view mirror, your on the road to recovery.0

Yeah, at most, I'd guess half and half. But I think muscle comes back easily (I think this is referred to as "muscle memory").0
