90 days to healthier happier you!

I am starting a 90 day challenge to a healthier happier you!
The point of the challenge is to get us all moving. But since we all move in different ways, and at different speeds, and have different schedules. All you need to do to join the challenge is state your name (for sidebar tracking purposes), intent, and then get moving! You can choose to walk or run or go to the gym or ride your bike or anything else that gets you moving!
it begins January 9, 2012 and ends April 7, 2012. We'll have check-ins every 10 days
