Has anyone experienced numbess in their feet due elevated glucose levels...is related to PCOS maybe? Seeing my endocrynologyst again but kinda hope she puts me on some sort of medication to regulate it. Do you think the numbess will go away if its a very mild stage and you get the glucose levels under control?

I have PCOS and do not have numb feet. They do go numb when I work out, but I do really High intensity interval plyo training. Have you been diagnosed with PCOS?? I have it but do NOT have elevated glucose. My body just in inefficiently utiilizing insulin. I am on 2000mg metformin ER every day. Good luck!

that sounds more like a symptom of diabetes than PCOS. when do your feet go numb - exercising or just sitting around? mine will occasionally get tingly if i'm exercising, especially on the elliptical, but it goes away pretty quick. i am just like DirtbikeGal...my body doesn't utilize insulin effectively, but i don't have diabetes, just PCOS and some insulin resistance. i was just put on Metformin.

I have peripheral neuropathy due to high glucose levels. I am on 2 different medications for the neuropathy and they have helped with the pain and numbness.

I have PCOS but not diabetes. My feet are sometimes numb and crampy feeling when I first wake up. I had blood work done and my potassium was low. Not sure if the low potassium was related or not...
