I recently started trying (and I do mean trying) to start running, after sitting on my butt for WAY TOO LONG and actually injuring a meniscus in an earlier attempt to start. I was happy after finishing the 3.25 mile course for the first time the day before yesterday. I did it gain today with the goal of cutting the time down and guess what??? I was able to knock 5 minutes off today!!!!!!!! It felt great0
