How many of you use diet supplements? Has anyone tried healthy trim or hydroxycut? I was thinking of trying one of these?? Any feedback? Thanks!

I've tried a very large handfull of diet supplements, including hydroxycut (which I saw absolutely NO results with). Honestly, the only one I have had great results with is Oxy Elite Pro. It really helps curve your appetite, gives you energy, and is one of the few that doesn't make me jittery, or make my heart pound (at least for me). It's a little more on the expensive side (90 pills for around $55), but I personally find it worth it. You can get it at GNC. Just make sure you are careful, if you have any unpleasant side effects, stop taking it immediately.0

i have tried TONS! they are only a quick fix though.... the only one i saw results from was thermapro which was taken off the market. i lost 15 lbs in a month and a bit. i did get jittery with many kinda and most i didn't notice a change in anything, even appetite... so now i have realized that they are a BIG waste of money, they are expensive and may not even work! good ol exercise is way better and reduce your calories... you'll get the same results even if it will take a bit longer.0

the vast majority of supplements are just a mix mash of caffeine and diuretics
Some contain ephedrine, and 1.3 DMS which push more catecholamines into your body - bind to adrenergic receptors and raise your BP, HR etc - will cause you to run hotter so to speak. I got a free sample of oxyelite pro and used it as a preworkout and absolutely loved it - but when I went to go buy a bottle it was somewhere in the vacinity of 70 bucks for 45-60 pills cant remember, which just isn't worth it to me.
If you are going to buy something like hydroxycut you may as well just save yourself the money and buy caffeine pills - they are under 5 bucks for 90 pills at walmart.0
