Well Ive decided tonight is my cheat day...

My husband and 7 buddies went to quebec for a fishing/ whatever elese they do ,not good im sure weekend.

While the wives and girlfriends are stuck at home with the kiddos

Mr. Haagen called to me and I am answering the call HELLOOOO!.

Hey I killed myself jumping rope today...so a couple 100 calories ect wont kill me hmmm I think ah well its Friday night whooo whooo. shoo you guilties shoo.

(Maybe take the kids for a swim tomarrow ,they play I will do some laps)

I found (months ago) these little 1/2 serving haagen daz cups in the Stop N Shop near my house. They are great cuz you can buy 2 or 3, and since you only have a couple in there, you can't lose it and eat the whole damn pint. I thought that was great.

i'm seriously considering eating an entire pint of ben & jerry's...
on one hand, its my cheat day... and ben & jerry's is just so fantastic...
on the other hand...:grumble:

BTW those weren't 1/2 pints they were 1/2 servings. Tiny, like a 1/2 cup or so.

They really are great!! My sister found them in kroger in ATL. I think they are 150-250 cals no you really don't feel bad eating one.
