Hi! Trying to stop the swing cycle.

Hello, hello! Just thought I'd introduce myself here. I am one of those people who is constantly gaining and losing the same 20-25 pounds, which I know is bad. I take about 9 months to lose it, and 3-4 to gain it allllll back. I really want to stop the cycle. Even though I'll still be somewhat overweight with a 25 pound loss, I would be pretty happy. I'm hoping that MFP can help me do it. Also, I love workout videos (preferably 30-40 minutes--I have a toddler who can only amuse himself for so long! :tongue: ) so if anyone can recommend good ones, tell me! :) I look forward to talking to everyone here about their progress!

    Hello and welcome! If you can find the Biggest Loser videos with Bob they are 35 - 40 mins long with the warm up and cool down and are great. If you have cable, they also have lots of exercise routines free on On Demand under sports. Hope that helps!
