Rather an odd question, but I was wondering how will I keep the calorie loss going from the 18th Jan when I have ingrown toenail surgery on my big toe? I need to be consistent this next year and can't think of a way to do it, as I'll need to keep my foot elevated for the first week and the next week or so it will be quite tender.
