So I got done working out today and after getting home remembered I needed to stop at the store. On the way back out the door I stopped at the closet to grab my coat I had a few coats that I had been unable to wear for about the last five years, so I said what the heck and tried one on and it actually fit pretty good. Checked the tag and confirmed it was a 2xl and not a 3xl. Of the 4 I tried only one didn't fit that well but the best part is that in October I couldn't even zip a 2xl up.
Baby steps I know, but it is nice to see a little progress.

That is awesome! I love finding clothes hiding that were once too small that now fit! (someday will be too big!) Keep it up! They may be baby steps but at least they're taking you in the right direction.0

That is a great result for your efforts. Today I am going to go through the closet also, getting rid of the 6X, 5X and some of the 4X. If you know anyone who could use a few pair of good blue jeans let me know. (size 62 waste)
shipping not included....lol0 -
Wonderful job Ray!!!
Gotta love that tangible progress!!!
Keep pushing forward0 -
Thats what keeps some of us going, little at a time. When there is a big leap then nothing, this can discourage some to give up, I know it does for me, that why I avoid "quick fixes" now.0

Way to go!!! I know as a female I have kept a pair of jeans that didn't fit for a looong time and it felt so good to get back in them!! Keep up the good work.0

I know exactly how you feel - for me the measure of success isn't necessarily what the scales say, but which notch I can buckle on my belt. After a few weeks I'm already down to the last notch, will be time for a new belt soon. The big achievement will be going into a store and not having to shop in the big mens section.0

WTG!!! That's great!! Baby steps are still steps! I purchased a button up jacket a couple years ago that i couldn't button, but still bought because I needed to use a gift card!! I can now button it! NSV are something to celebrate! :drinker:0
