Ending 2011 on a high

So having just given some thought and trying to get back on the wagon. Fell off a week or so before Christmas and only made poor attempts to get back on. Have put on about 3kg's during this time. I have decided to STOP LETTING OPPORTUNITES PASS ME BY. This is my New Years resolution and I realised I was about to let one pass me by. I have 2 days left to make a LASTING IMPRESSION ON 2011. I have the opportunity to make today a better healthier day. Looking back over the year I have achieved so much and will end the year on a HIGH NOTE.
HOW WILL YOU SPEND THE LAST 2 DAYS OF 2011?

I'm going to the gym on Friday and Saturday! I have now lost 70lbs this year and lost 1.7lbs over the last two weeks and set a new low today. I hit my "realistic" goal today of 175lbs and I am going to push to hit 169.9 now. That will be my OMG I can't believe it goal! The holidays are not going to set me backwards and I'm going into 2012 with full momentum! I did have a treat today to celebrate, a cookie AND cupcake! Those were my exercise calories for today. Normally that would not be what I have but you have to enjoy things sometimes and I'll still be under my calorie limit.0

What a great post! Me? Well I'm going to work out tonight, tomorrow and New Year's Eve, be reasonable for the New Year and meditate about successes and things to do in 2012 and then to also forgive myself for goals I didn't make in 2011. I've slowly worked up to 3 days a week and now 4 days a week working out and New Years Eve will make 5 days this week for me!
Sometimes I'm my own worst enemy, and I intend on finishing in a "truce with myself" LOL. . HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU AND YOURS! :happy:0 -

WOW 70 lbs that is fantastic and to continue losing with all the celebrations around us is inspirational. Look out 2012.0 -

I will take a leaf from your book and forgive myself for the goals I didn't make in 2011. There are many and I shouldn't let that hold me back in 2012. I think your New Year will be wonderful.0
