    http://nerdfitness.com/blog/2009/12/09/beginner-body-weight-workout-burn-fat-build-muscle/ for a great body-weight circuit.

If you can get good shoes, running or walking is also great.

I suggest getting out and walking. That's how I've lost over 100 pounds.

Youtube is my back up form of exercise. It sometimes involves trawling through hundreds of videos before you find one you like but generally you can get good stuff. There's real time workouts you can follow along with as well as instructional programs so there is something for everyone! If you want I can PM links to some that I use/like.

Like everyone else has said, you could watch videos on youtube or netflix, but if you're not into aerobic videos, walking/jogging works just as well, so long as you keep your heart rate up.

You can also look into body weight routines that require no equipment but help strengthen muscles, such as these:

    Good luck to you.

Everyone has shared great ideas - I'll just add to look into your local library. There are so many books and videos available that will help you get started and give you lots of ideas for at home stuff.
