Confused!

I ate absolutely HORRIBLY at home for the past 5 days, not smart I know, but it is easier for me to eat healthily on a set routine back at school, because that's what I'm used to. I came back to school, weighed myself, and actually LOST 1 pound!? I did not workout over break either. I am honestly shocked, I would have thought I gained at least 3 pounds. Don't get me wrong, I'm happy! But does anyone have any ideas as to why this is? I mean, my eating was bad. Thanks!

who really knows. Our bodies and weights are crazy sometimes. Maybe you needed a calorie spike to get your metabolism going, perhaps you were eating too few calories before? Just enjoy it!0

Could be one of several reasons... 1 st being that you may not have been eating enough.. not working out it could be some muscle loss. Also if you haven't been drinking as much water or have been consuming alcohol it could be water weight. The body is weird, see if it stays off0
