Does anyone else here do Bikram yoga? It's 90 minutes of yoga in a 105 degree, humid room. It's AWESOME. It burns over 800 calories in the 90 minutes, and is SO SO good for you. I'm on my way to a class now.

can beginners do it too? :flowerforyou:0 -
Hot Yoga is for people of all levels-beginner to life long practicers. Its hard work and gets harder before it gets easier but you feel GREAT after the class. And it burns a LOT of calories. I am a generally inactive person and that's the reason I like it so much!0
