Hi there!

My name is Norma and I really want to achieve my goal of lowering my BMI to a healthy level. My knees hurt and I always feel tired. I am so tired of feeling tired! My daycare provider invited me to a gym and it took every ounce of effort to put my procrastination aside and go with her. I am so glad i did because I love it! It's an awesome gym with a pain-in-the-butt coach that won't allow me to skip out on sessions. He's really pushing me to lose the weight. He's exactly what I need to get this done. I hope I don't let myself down and actually do this. Enough with the excuses!
