New years coming up...

Which means, tons of new years resolutions to work out! So I figured, why not start a group where we can motivate each other! I know it's corny, but I plan on doing it for real this time.

My starting plan is to walk/jog every WEEKDAY, and make it a habit.
I'm drinking ONLY water/healthy juices.
& watching my calories.

What's your plan and tips?
Also, if you have a motivational quote that gets you pumped, or work out songs let me know! I wanna hear em! :)

    My new year resolution is to loose 30lbs (15kg)

    My motivation is a summer holiday! I really want that lovely bikini body for summer 2012, I took picture sof myself in a swimming costume and it was a rude awakening I am determined to be a beach beauty lol!
