1. No butter on my bread at lunch OR dinner
2. Exercised again...4 days in a row (it's a start!!!)
3. My friend was promoted at work (yay!!!)

    I got on a scale and I reached my goal of losing 30lbs by New Year, since September. :-)

  • 1) I slept in till 9am in my new sheets!
    2) Did a really great 45 minute Turbo Fire workout and burned 700 cals!
    3) I bought the hottest pair or sparkly gold stilettos today to wear on my birthday:)
    and I also ate really well today and have plenty of cals left for supper and maybe a snack tonight:)

    1. didnt have coffee so didnt have the creamer that kills my calories.
    2. Got on treadmill for day 2(been really sick last several weeks)
    3. only smoked 4 cig all day(yes tryin to quit)
    4. got ALL my water in

    I would enjoy a pair of sparkly gold stilettos for my birthday...but, alas I must wait until June :*(
