Anyone used the services of Trim-A-Weigh?

They seem reasonably priced and a great way to keep a grip on my calories. My wife is returning to work so the juggle of new Baby, Work and Training is going to be a challenge, have ready made meals will hopefully keep me a little more honest. Just not sure what the quality of the meals are like at this place?
