So here I am. 233 lbs. I pigged out of the holidays, knowing that I was going to start my lifestyle change as soon as xmas was over. I did. My goal is to weigh 150lbs by this time next year.

I have alot of faith in a higher power and I truly believe that this time I am ready for this. Because before I think it would have gone to my head. If I was skinny then I would have thought I am better than or my EGO would have been too big.

In the last year I have read so many self improvement and spiritual books. This has changed me so much.

I look forward to learning from each other and making friends! Whoo hooo! Here's to us!

    Good Luck with the weight loss and change to a healthier you! My name is Bec i am from Australia, I too am trying to make this year and "new" year with a better lifestyle started MFP 1 week ago and down 2 pounds feel so much better for it!
