Just a quick message saying Hi to the users of the forum. I've just joined the site after hearing it offered a convenient (and easy) way to count my daily macro's.
A quick bit about myself and my training:
I'm 22. I was training on and off from the age of 16, until I turned 19 - It was then that I started lifting weights (seriously). At that time I weighed 154lb (70kg). I now weigh 180lb ( 81.6kg) whilst keeping my body fat percentage <10%. The gains would of been greater had I not done cardio, though due to my job its not exactly something I can ignore! Still though, I can run 2.4KM in around 08.30s, and i'd like to think i've kept decent strength/weight ratio throughout the time i've been training.
I plan to continue with my ongoing training, of which my goals are - to maintain cardio efficiency whilst gaining further weight through lean muscle gains.
If anyone would like any advice on any training regimes, be that strength training, cv training, or advice on weight loss then feel free to send me a message and i'll try to help as best as I can. I'm no fitness professional, but i'd like to think that i've learnt quite a bit throughout the time i've spent training - both in my own time and the Armys, and i'd be happy to help.
Cheers,
Stuart
