Not really a newbie in staying in shape but a newbie to loosing weight.
I am a runner. But I still need to keep track of my weight. So this year I need to loose about 20 pounds to be a little faster. Plus my body is slowing down and it is easier to gain weight .
I love the app. I believe this site will help correct any eating problems and bad habits that are forming in my life.
