Ritual?
1) Walk into room.
2) Notice scale.
3) Think "hey I should see how much I weigh".
4) Remove shoes.

weigh while it is frying
realize I'm still fat.
Throw out chicken.0 -
1) Lay out the gilded decorative lily petals in a path towards the scale
2) Don my all-weight-watching-eye tunic and begin my silent chant of weightlessness
3) Step on the scale and pray to all that is holy I have lost weight
Rinse and repeat

Put contacts in
cup of coffee
strip naked
weigh
either swear or jump up and down depending on results
put clothes on
get work clothes
check MFP
get in car
Go to YMCA and burn it up

Daily weigher...I need to quit doing that!
So here's the daily ritual:
1-wake up
2-potty
3-coffee
4-coffee
5-change clothes
6-exercise
7-potty
8-strip
9-brush teeth
9a-ceremonial scale placing on the tile floor
9b-guess my weight
10-weigh
11-cheer or sigh
12-shower
I'm pathetic, as if brushing my teeth before a weigh in is going to in someway have me lose a pound!

I wake up, pee, nurse my daughter ( because I don't want my breast weighing more than they have to) strip, and then weigh. That's my ritual!!!0

Glad I am not the only one who pees and does anything else my body needs to do before I weigh in. I also strip down to my birthday suit and if I have on jewelry that comes off too! LOL. Then I step on the scale and pray. I like to weigh in the mornings, but I am known to weigh in the evenings too. Shows me how much damage I done during the day.
