Hey! My name is Sarah, and I just want to introduce myself. I just started college this fall and so far I have been doing good about not gaining weight, but I still have about 60 pounds to lose until I am at my goal weight!!!! I'm so excited to join the site and be part of such a supportive community!
If you have any tips on how to battle dorm food, let me know what works!

The trick to dropping those pounds with dorm food is to eat lots of salad, and if you can in your dorm, cook as much as you can for yourself. Also, don't eat while watching tv, or late at night. Feel free to add me for support if you want.0
