Has anyone else cooked with these? I have in the past but didn't count it.

the package says 280 calories for 2 cups. The noodles are tied in bundles (which I estimated at 1 cup each bundle). I assumed that the calories on the package was for 2 cups dried??? Would anyone else assume that?

I cooked an entire can of tomatoes down to a nice thick sauce with an onion and a package of mushrooms and when I used my measuring cup (1 cup) to transfer to a container, I got 6 cups total.

The above sounds right, right? 280 calories for 2 cups of dry noodles?

Thanks :drinker:

I use those all the time, and I've made the exact same assumptions.

So, if we're wrong we're wrong together, but I think we're right. :flowerforyou:
