Hello everyone!!! I need to buy a new scale. Mine is off by about 6-8 pounds. Does anyone have any suggestions for a reliable scale? Do you prefer digital or dial??? I have only owned digital. Thanks!!!

I like my health-o-meter. It seems to be pretty accurate. I don't trust the body fat reading since that changes all the time, but the weight part has been on target (no matter how many times I'm on and off).
  • I bought a new one the brand is HealthOMeter from Wal-Mart. I love it. It is digital and can save 2 peoples gains and losses. Plus it didn't cost that much. I never realized how expensive scales were.
    I hope this helps.

mine is by weight watchers, i got it at costco, it seems to work and is usally about 3 under the gyms, I got to the gym in the evening though and weight in at home in the mornings so the difference is probubly due to that. I think the most important thing is to just use the same scale. Then you know you have lot that many lbs even if the numbers not exact. I like digital though.
  • I have the digital Weight Watcher scale. I highly recommend digital versus analog. The analog scale usually says I weigh about 6 pounds LESS than I actually do. Then again maybe that isn't such a bad thing....
