Not much to say other than I'm 23 years old, British but live in Norway as my fiancee is Norwegian and as much as I adore food, I need to lose weight for my self-confidence and for my wedding which luckily doesn't have a date yet. I started a diet of fish, salads and fruit last January where I lost 22 pounds in 3 months, then went on holiday and maintained my new weight until these last few months. I've never been good with keeping to routines and exercising but I want self-confidence in myself finally.
I intended to do the same diet again only will be exercising much more.
Anyway, I hope I get to meet a few new friends here
