Logging c25k?

Hi! I know a lot of people have done c25k, but I am wondering how to log the workouts into the exercise diary. I don't have a HRM to help me figure out the calories burned (plan on buying one in Feb. with birthday $). The whole interval thing is throwing me off. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Usually it tells you how many minutes you walked or ran. I used a podcast and it would always tell you the total amount of running time but even if it didn't, you can just multiply. So I would log it for the amount of minutes walking and the amount of minutes jogging/running. Basically, I put it in as two separate exercises. 15 min brisk walking at 3.5 and 15 min jogging at 5, etc.0
