P90X -> P90X2

Hey guys! I have a quick questions! I got P90X2, yay!!! I'm really excited to start it, but I'm currently half way through a second round of P90X, and I was wondering if anyone had any opinions -- should I finish my second round of P90X first, or should I jump right into P90X2?
As far as fitness goes, I would say I'm in pretty descent shape, 30-40 pushups, ~10 pullups almost no assist, and the current P90X core workouts don't really affect me... any opinions?

There are a whole bunch of us on Facebook starting X2 on 2nd Jan if you want to join us. I was doing P90X just to fill in my non-running days for November and December (already did one round of P90X). We just got P90X2 (yay also) and DH and I are on our third week. I think you'll be fine unless you want to just start in the new year. I wanted to start asap but that's just me. So far we love it and are happy with it.0

I've got it, too. I'm trying to decide when I want to start as I also ordered PUMP. Hoping to incorporate both in my schedule.

you can probably go ahead and move into ver 2. It is set up so you can easily adjust each phase length based on your current progress and condition. First phase is lots of balance and core work - so gives you time to "get your feet under you" - before moving into the heavier strength work of phase two.

I would finish your 2nd round of P90X2 and then take a week of rest before to start P90X2. Let your body rest and be prepared for the new program. I am starting P90X2 soon also, hopefully on Jan 2nd.0

I am going into Phase 2 of P90X 2 on Monday - I would personally complete P90X first and then go into the X2.0
