Broke my freaking foot.

So I walked about 3 miles a day with intermittent jogging without all the walking at work I do (I'm a nurse) but today I decided to switch it up and actually run a bit. I ended up landing on my foot funny and broke it :frown:

I've been looking up exercises and found plenty for strength training (arms, back, abs) but not much in terms of cardio. Any suggestions? I refuse to let this screw up my goals :ohwell:
