Chicken/Turkey and Fish.
Not extremely low cal though!0 -
I opt for fish in can, oatsmeal (does not taste good but high proteins and produce satiaty), beens and lentils. I definitely eat fish, chicken and turkey most of the time (never red meat). I also eat 6 eggs/week. The only fat I get is from fish, cheese and milk...they are considered as good ones and I have enough proteins with this complete diet for 10h cardio exercise/week (athletic training). Each kind of beens/cereals is really delicious in at least one preparation. Changing from ne to another brings already enough (vegetale) proteins for low-level exercise people. Do not forget that people usually eat far too much proteins.0

im intending to up my weights training which is why i will need more protien, i dont eat fish or turkey so they wont help

Protein shakes. Sunwarrior has a Vegan blend that is 84 calories with 16 gram protein (and only 3 carbs). You can taste the soy but the chocolate is not too bad.
Premier Nutrition has a shake that is 160 calories with 30 grams protein and about 3 carbs that tastes almost as good as a milkshake. it is available at some Sam's and Cosco (or so I have been told, I don't have access to one).0 -
If you won't eat the other stuff like fish or turkey, lean chicken and protein shakes are pretty much the lowest calorie forms of protein you can get. Beef can be good too, just get the leanest versions you can. Bison is good too. Just get 93/95% lean versions.
Be careful of the people who suggest things like oats, eggs, nuts, beans, lentils, etc.. Those are not low calorie forms of protein. Not even close.0 -
is there such thing as protein tablets? im not a fan of shakes they all taste like crap lol0

I love chicken meatballs. I don't eat a lot of meat, either, but I really like those. I cook a bunch up at the beginning of the week and then use them throughout the week to make sandwiches, scrambled egg whites, salads, mini pizzas, or whatever else. The ones at Costco are 140 calories for four meatballs.0

Try myofusion milk chocolate. It tastes like a milk shake. It's like drinking dessert. No joke.0 -
1 cup of plain 0% greek yogurt only has 120 calories but has 22g of protein.0
