Jump Start JANUARY

If like me you have over eaten & under exercised the past week or so you will be wanting to SMASH January!!!

Most people say it every year "New Year, New You" but this year I MEAN IT!! I have my wedding May 31st and I want to be trim!! I dont have a goal weight anymore, I just want to look and feel good.

So to kick start this I am challenging everyone to exercise EVERYDAY in January!!!

Run, walk, swim, weights, football, anything!!!!

I need motivation to help me so please get involved and help spur each other on.
