Ok, so the holidays are a particularly hard time for me to stay on track. Between working 70 + hours/week since Thanksgiving (I've had a whopping 5 days off since Thanksgiving, including Xmas!!), being sleep-deprived, having a monster of a cold, my sister & a friend in from out of town (dinners out, drinking, etc) and my mother's dementia getting progressively worse, is it any wonder the Xmas cookies have never looked better?
Thankfully I feel like I've turned the corner...yesterday I woke up feeling nauseus  from the late-night Indian meal so I ate clean & healthy  and today I feel like I'm Back!!
So, to all my MPF friends, I wish you a joyous New Year!! May 2012 continue t bring you blessings and success!!
