Easy Lowish Carb

Looking for easy, lowish carb recipes, mainly for lunch and dinner. Doesn't need to be LOW carb... just looking to cut back a little. Especially at night time :)

    Try getting a rotisserie chicken from the supermarket (or you can buy a whole raw/frozen chicken and roast it yourself), and then 'picking' all the meat off until you have a giant pile of pulled chicken. Then buy a bag of whole-wheat wraps, and you have instant week's worth of chicken wraps for lunch. Just add some chicken to a wrap alongside some spinach, mustard, sprinkle of cheese and any other veggies you like. The chicken usually lasts a week for one person, depending on the size of the wrap you might need 2 to feel full.
