DOES ANYONE DO THIS. I DID IT FOR THE FIRST TIME YESTERDAY AND GAINED A ILB. THIS COULD BE WATER WEIGHT OR THE CLOTHES THAT I HAVE ON TODAY. BUT I KNOW IT CAN LEAVE YOU A LITTLE DEHYDRATED. DOES ANYONE DO THIS AND IF SO DO THEY NOTICE WEIGHT GAIN WITH IT?

I've given plasma off and on this past year for the money. It might have been a coincidence but each time I did, I struggled with staying under calorie or getting in my exercise. Lack of energy, unhealthy food cravings, less will power.
1st - 8 times/1 month in Aug, 2nd - 2 times/1 week in Sep, 3rd - 2 times/1 week in Nov.
I don't think it causes weight gain, but I question if it might mess enough with the balance of your body that it would interfere with diet. It could be just in my head, though.
I would like to know if anyone out there was successful losing weight while giving plasma.0
