Okay, so tonight I did Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds 2Mile, which is 30 mins. On walking it said 4MPH brisk, but it didn't feel like brisk walking to me. Is there somewhere to find info on calories burned using exercise dvds? Because I have several different kinds I would like to use and don't want to mess up too badly on my calculations. Thanks for any help you can give me!

I would do a little searchign online. Enter the names of your DVDs into google with "calories burned' and see if someone has already done the work for you. If not I usually check a couple of different sites that help you with the calculations and kind of average them out. (I usually subtract 100 calories from the figure if I really don't feel confident about the calculations.) I'd rather slightly under record information than over estimate the number of calories I'm burning.)0
