calories burned based on heart rate

For those of you needing to know how much certain activities (DVD's etc) burn in calories or just want a comparison to mfp calculations i found this link on line. It calculates calories burned based on average heart rate. If you don't have a monitor you can take your pulse 4-5 times throughout the course of an activity and enter the average of that into the equation. I put some numbers in and the calories burned were similar to my HRM readings.
