Hi everyone,
I've used MFP on and off to track calories in the past, but this time I'm getting serious about getting in shape. I'm not overweight, but I'd like to drop 10lbs to get back to where I was in my profile picture (BMI around 20.6). Long hours at work mean my eating and gym-going has taken a hit, but I'm feeling really motivated to get myself back on track. I'd love some friends, especially people around my age (20 - 35) who have similar goals!
