I made it through the christmas and thanksgiving holidays LOSING A POUND!!! how did that happen?! haha. i dont care how it happened as long as i can keep losing! 5 more lbs and i will be in the 100's!

    It's amazing to me how many of my MFP friends either maintained or lost during the holidays. Just goes to show the quality of the average MFP user - serious people doing serious work, not goofing around! Great job!
