New Year New Work Out Plans

Hey all MFPal's

Wish you all a Happy New Year (in advance :tongue: ) Okay am sure many of you would be looking at some new fun workouts for new year. Atleast I am and I found some really cool ones - Including Tony Horton's 10 Minute Trainer and Chris Greytag's10 Pound Slimdown. The best part - that the latter is available for free on HULU :love: , so you don't even need to wait for placing an order and delivery, blah blah blah.

Ok all said - Lets make this a Happy and Healthy New Year. :drinker: (Okay that's a protein drink) :wink:

Share all the workouts you are doing and are planning to start this new year. I would be glad to discover some new ones and try them. :smile:

    Plan on doing more strength training via free-weights, am looking to develop some routines to put on 10lbs of lean muscle....

    Ahhh yes, the New Year - and new commitments! For once I'm actually looking forward to them :0)

    I haven't really scoped around too much but I have decided once I'm finished the 30 Day Shred that I'd like to step it up a notch with Ripped in 30 or something similar in the New Year. And of course, continue to eat healthier and wiser! Nothing drastic on my end, but if it keeps me more active than in 2011, I'll be a very happy gal.

    I'm interested to see the replies to this thread - might give me some ideas!

    I am both training for a 10 k and doing turbo fire. I am not waiting for the new year to start, but that's what I'll be doing next year. Then I'll probably go back to insanity. I love insanity.
