Good bye February. I will miss you - the no yard work and mild days.

Yesterday, just got the bike ride in, never made it to the gym. Today is gym and yoga.

Remember, weekends are extra time for extra exercise!

    Mary, I wish I had the umph and motivation that you have..and the other girls have! I'd be dropping pounds probably.
    I just did my sit ups and amazed my husband that I could do 78 consecutive and in that short of time. I am not getting as low as I want, but I plan to go back through the program and work on getting lower. I fell to my knees after 78 and rested about 5 seconds, 17 more, rested 5 seconds and finished at 100. I wonder if counting down will help or if it will just mess up my counting.
    Not much going on today. Alex has been off and on again this morning. Screaming one minute, laughing and talking the next. I think I burn calories just listening to that! Ha ha.
    I may try to run on the wii again this afternoon.

    I'm hanging in there...but barely! I've been so sick the last couple of days that I haven't made it to the gym. Right now I should be with the girls getting a full body massage instead I'm still in my pj's regreting breakfast (it's not sitting well!) Today is going to be a lounging day! My husband has to clean the house since HIS friends are coming over tonight...hopefully I'll be ok enough to deal with them....he's already said he'd cancel if I'm not feel good.

    So today my goal is to actually eat and drink water! :sick:
