hello!

So I've been using myfitnesspal on my phone and its super helpful! But I want to meet some ppl for support and everyone seems to friendly on this site :)

I also need advice, I'm becoming kinda obsessed with this, to the pt where I feel guilty every time I log so I've been eating less and less but I dnt wana be in "starvation mode" or whatever because then ill screw up my metabolism. Does anyone else have this issue?

    Everyone does in the beginning. You will lighten up and get into a grove. Never stop logging.
  • Don't feel guilty if you log. You're allowed so many calories a day, and at a healthy weight loss speed that is actually a pretty ok amount. So, as long as you stay under that overall number for the day - feel good about yourself!!!
