I am new to MFP, and so far it looks like a really great site. I have lost weight in the past and I am back to do it and keep it off. 2011 has been a really hard year and I am ready to make some changes to make 2012 great. I have about 80lbs to loose and want to support other people in their journey and get support back.

I too am making 2012 the year for getting healthy. Here's hoping we both can make the right choices to make that happen. Good luck!

I just joined also, but I started an exercise routine about 2 weeks ago. I'm hoping that I can stick to my fitness goals by using the tools on this website. I think having an easier way to log food and exercise will help me stay accountable for my actions.

    WE can do this!

  • 2012 is the year for me too! I just joined minutes ago. I bought the Total Gym a few days ago, now I am looking for a weight loss program. Counting calories is hard, but I am willing to do it. I am ready to change the round "a" to a thin "i" (f"a"t to f"i"t). I could use all the support I can get!
