My husband and I are going to Lonestar Bar and Grill for dinner tomorrow and they don't offer a nutrition guide for their menu. They have amazing chicken there and the old me used to get the chicken wrap or the chicken fajits for one (usually 3 tortillas). Has anyone ever figured out the calorie count of these items? Or is there something you suggest that isn't salad?!?! I appreciate any help.

I'm from Vancouver and I don't think we have a Lonestar????
BUT...
Try going into your food log, and just type in "Lonestar"... a bunch of stuff comes up, maybe that will help??
Good luck!0 -
Thanks for the tip! I tried but it's an American restaurant. What restaurant chain now adays doesn't have a nutrition guide? Even McDonald's is willing to admit how many calories are in their food!0

If there isnt a way to find out calories perhaps just eat half of the dish and take the other half home with you to eat for another meal, I have no idea how big the dish is or anything of the sort but just throwing out a suggestion0
