Sanity Check: 2011 Reflections and 2012 Goals

The new year is around the corner. It's time to reflect and set goals.

2011 Reflections:
Lost 11lbs. (My goal was 5lbs. Woohoo!)
Worked out about 3x week on average (Goal DONE)
Got my weight into a healthy range. (Done but I can be better)
Six Pack (Failed but my back is stronger and I've lost inches off my waist)
Pull-ups - do 20 of them (Failed. I'm following NERDFITNESS.com)
100 Continuous Pushups (Semi-win. I started with 36 continuous. Now I can do 62 continuous)

2012 Goals:
Work out in the morning before work 4x a week. After work is too crazy and inconsistent.
Six pack, Pull-ups, and Pushups. (The journey continues...)
Get a check up - My last one was 4 years ago and I had borderline cholesterol.
Get a professional certification (PMP) and get promoted at work.
Be more patient with the kids.
At least 6 hours of sleep a night. I have a terrible habit of watching TV until 2am when I had too much caffeine during the day.

To anyone on my friend list: If I don't make progress on any of these goals in 3 months, pester me.
