SPIKE DIET / SPIKE DAYS

I have seen a few MFP's mention this, I have read a bit into it and I'm a little sceptical but it seems to work for some people.

Just looking for a few opinions of people who have tried it or currently doing it, good or bad. Are there certain foods or food groups to avoid or have you had success with something similar to this way of eating?

I have recently just switched up my exercise in the hope to beat a 4 month plateau, which has probably ended but in a gain as I have yet to weigh myself from Christmas Day / Boxing Day eating!!! lol

Anyway yea, thoughts and opinions would be appreciated!! :smile:
