Recording Weight after cardio

Is recording your weight after cardio a "real" loss? I know a lot of people who get frustrated when they weigh themselves in the morning and see no change in weight. They work out for 60+ minutes, weigh themselves again and record that change in weight.
If that is the case, I am going to start recording after I work out too! LOL

Do people seriously do this? In my opinion the only loss you would be recording is water after sweat loss? The best time to record weight is at the same time each week in the same clothes etc so most people do it first thing with as little clothes on as possible.0
