OK not a chit chat item but trying to find some help.

What is my diet missing that causes my nails to NOT grow. I have the most thin, brittle nails. Which in turn makes me have very short nails. I can't seem to grow them and bite them a bit. Just when there is something that bugs me. HELP.

Besides losing weight this is the other thing I want to work on.
