Looking for strategies for staying focused on a daily basis

One of the biggest problems when you have 100+ pounds to lose is keeping focused. I seemed to do this quite easily when I was younger, but struggle with it now. I know you have to break it down into smaller goals to focus on, but when you are looking at a couple years of losing weight before your in a decent weight range I find it difficult to maintain. I was wondering if anyone has any mental games (strategies, tips, ect.) that might help on the daily basis.

It's hard to stay focused sometimes, but I have a great husband that keeps me motivated when I fail. I've suffered from major depression for years and take medication for that, which has helped. If I screw up, I pick myself up and start anew the next day. I started out at 304 lbs. and am down to 237 lbs. I have almost 90 lbs. yet to lose. You may add me if you wish.0
