Hi!
I am new to MFP in the last couple of days I have noticed that I am not getting enough calories during meal time and so i try to make up for it by snacking A LOT. On an average day I will eat for breakfast 2 cups of coffee and a yogurt or one slice of peanut butter toast. For lunch I eat either a tuna or ham and cheese sand which and for dinner I have a meat a veggie and grain. I drink water usually 5 glasses a day and maybe one glass of Juice a day. Any ideas on how to add more to my meals so that I am not snacking so much.
Thanks for any help!
